Description
Pi lo chun considered to be one of the best China green teas.
Its name means literally “Spring snail” due to the leaves form and the harvest period which takes place during spring.
It takes up to 14000-15000 buds and youngest leaves for one kilo of dry product to be created.
Its taste and aroma can be described as delicately sweet.

Instructions
For the proper preparation of this green tea, infuse in hot water of 70-80°C, carefully.
To bring out the real taste and aroma of the tea, its extraction in hot water should be 2 to 3 minutes.
The water should be clean, chlorine free and filtered.
For a 200-250ml cup 1 full teaspoon or 15g for each liter.
