Green rooibos is produced from the same bush as red rooibos,but oxidation is avoided during processing to retain its natural taste and its antioxidant substances to a much greater percent.

For the proper preparation of botanical teas, pour hot water of 90-100o Celsius on a teaspoon of the desired herb and let it rest for 5-7 minutes. The infusion is then ready.
