Description

The extra-ordinary aroma of the mature curly leaves of Cretan sage , make this species unique and popular.
Its harvest beggins early June and lasts till end of August or maybe September, according to the weather conditions.
In Crete its used as a culinary herb and as an aromatic plant for herbal infusions or tisanes.
