Description
Classic green tea, the second most consumed in Japan, ideal for the whole day, with a mild taste, from large green tea leaves.
After the first harvest that gives Sencha, a second one gives Bancha, a tea with half the caffeine content but rich in iron.

Instructions
For the proper preparation of green tea, infuse in hot water of 70-80°C, carefully.
To bring out the real taste and aroma of the tea, its extraction in hot water should be 1 to 2 minutes.
The water should be clean, chlorine free and filtered.
For a 200-250ml cup 1 full teaspoon or 15g for each liter.
